Men's Association in the village of Ouanskra, Imenane ValleyHAF partners with communities throughout Morocco to help them design, implement, and manage projects that meet their self-determined development goals. Through a series of community planning meetings, beneficiaries determine for themselves the types of projects they want to pursue, and create an action plan. HAF’s role is to bring together the necessary partners to ensure project success, secure funds for project implementation, and deliver ongoing training, and monitoring and evaluation programs.
